Tara joined the MSB team approximately 3 years ago after working 15 years as a Human resource manager for a property management company in Washington DC. Tara loves working and creating relationships with both the client and the prospect employee. She maintains personal networks; participates in professional organizations and has a strong understanding of selection methods used to finding the right candidate. Tara has spent the majority of her career in the Property Management industry, gaining experiences in areas such as Customer Service, Human Resources and Management. While recruiting is her primary job function by day, Tara along with her husband also enjoys spending time cheering on her son playing baseball and football or watching her daughter practicing her gymnastic getting ready for upcoming meets.

It’s a typical Saturday afternoon at 2pm, what are you doing?
On any given Saturday afternoon, you would often find me cheering on my son or daughter at their sports events.
Where is the best place you have traveled and why?
The best place that I have traveled to was Turks and Caicos. It was so tranquil.
What characteristic to you most admire in others?
I admire people who are Loyal.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Event Planner. I love working with people and making their dreams come true with a fun party.
What is the last gift you gave someone?
The last gift I gave someone was a grill to my husband for his “Big” birthday

What are three things still left on your bucket list?
I would like to drive cross country visiting as many states as I can, visit as many baseball stadiums as I can with my kids, have a 2nd wedding in Vegas.

My children
