He is a psychologist and management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in talent assessment, executive coaching, and leadership development. Aside from his consulting work, Dr. Dave loves the beach, playing the sax, and anything involving chocolate.

Doing things around the house.
Where is the best place you have traveled and why?
Bellagio along Lake Como in Italy. It is the most naturally beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The people there are wonderful, the sites are gorgeous, and it’s impossible to be unhappy in that special town.
What characteristic do you most admire in others?
Openness … it’s the key to creating strong relationships.
If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Emergency Medical Technician.

A box of assorted brownies.
